What you can do first is assess the way your body is feeling at any moment of the day. This will help you to see what physical symptoms may be related to other events that are happening in your life. For example, if you get a stomachache everyday, but when you start to keep a record of these stomachaches, you realize that you are getting them only before major meetings, you might be able to do something to alleviate that stress. Self-healing is relaxation training for your body's responses. By taking the time to allow your body to heal itself, you will allow your life to be more calm, more relaxed. This is akin to the idea of the placebo effect. When you believe that the relaxation techniques you are using (no matter what they are) will work to help you feel calmer, and then you feel calmer, you are self-healing. If you find that you have a lot of physical symptoms that are associated with stress, you need to find a way to prescribe self healing to yourself. To do this, you might want to use various other forms of relaxation methods. This might be through meditation, deep breathing, yoga, or other forms of soothing exercises.
