Your trainers 

This training is run by Charles Moore and Lauren Goodell, MPT - Lauren is the owner of Body Language Physical Therapy a private physical therapy practice in Los Angeles, California, and she co-presents trainings in the U.K. with Charles. She has a Masters Degree in Physical Therapy and is a Licensed Physical Therapist working primarily with individuals who have experienced sports injuries, repetitive strain injuries, back and shoulder injuries and postural limitations. She is also a Certified and Licensed MythoSelf Facilitator and Dance of the Elements trainer.

The whole thing around posture - what a difference a difference makes. Subtle changes leading to whole changes in perception in the perceiver and the perceived.

And movement - breaking somatic patterns, trying out new movements, experiencing new configurations, and the aches, the reassuring sense of muscles working and feeding back into my system and being a part of me.

And dancing - how I danced! Dancing with intention, getting the outcomes I wanted and realising how far I'd come, how much a I'd learned in such a short time... this work is good!
