Pattern and Pyramid Therapy

If you're struggling with stress and need relaxation techniques that go beyond the everyday, you might want to look into pattern and pyramid therapy. By utilizing a system of determining patterns in behavior or in using a copper plate system that allows your body to conduct energy, you just may find the relief you need from stress. And while these methods may not be talked about often, perhaps they should be.

Pattern therapy is not widely researched, but it seems to be based on the idea that you can create relaxation techniques from the idea of patterns. These patterns can be concrete or they can be visualized in the head. When you create these patterns, you are helping to solidify your experience of stress and try to make some sense of it. Likewise, you can also find patterns in the behaviors that you exhibit as well as in the way you live your life when you are stressed.

In pyramid therapy, you will be using a copper plated instrument that includes nine separate pyramids. This contraption is used to create a sort of antenna for the energy in the world. With the metals, the energy is concentrated into your body when you lie within this structure. It is thought that you can also wear small copper pyramids as well to help increase the focus of energy to specific parts of your body. But it is often recommended in relaxation therapy that you put the copper pyramid on your left wrist as this tends to focus the energy properly.

You can find these copper pyramid setups in practitioners' offices or even in some spiritual shops. Often associated with ayurvedic principles, you may also want to look for a practioner of this mehtod as well.

Both of these therapies are designed to help alleviate stress by focusing your energy on the problems you are having. Too often, we try to look for relaxation methods that only distract us away from the problem so that we don't have to deal with it. But when you want to reduce stress and negative thinking in the long term, you need to begin to draw energy from the world around you and start making sense of your feelings.
