You can also find air purifiers that will introduce negative ions into the air as well as clean the air in your space.

In order to receive the benefits of negative ion and air ionization relaxation methods, try to surround yourself or come into contact with as many sources of negative ions as you can during the day. This will help to fend off stress as well as negative response to it.
