What to expect during your callsWe will call you on your number at the appointed time. The calls are 60 minutes long and are divided roughly into the following sections:
A few days before each callYou will receive a short questionnaire which will give you a chance to review how you've been doing, and help you understand what you've found easy, and what might have proved a challenge. E-mail coaching to you in between your monthly calls as extra supportWe try to reply to all emails within 48 hours, usually much sooner. If 48 hours goes by and you haven't heard from us, then do call us on 020-8974-8974 as it may mean that your email has gone astray somewhere along the line. What will it cost?£167 per month, paid in advance monthly. PaymentsWe will deduct the fee by credit card on our agreed date each month. You will always receive an email from us before hand though to check that you are happy for payment to go through. EndingThere is a minimum commitment that you need to make of 3 months. After this, you may end your lessons at any time. ADDED BONUS!Functional Relaxation Coaching clients will also receive complimentary access to our Learn to Relax Tele-Class Series. As long as you remain a coaching client, you'll be sent details of how to access these tele-classes and their recordings. What will be covered during the coaching sessions?Ultimately this will depend upon your unique needs and situation. The main advantage of personal coaching is that it is tailored to you, so it's not really possible to tell you up-front what will be covered in each coaching session. What we can tell you though is that our aim will always be to teach, guide, support and motivate you toward Functional Relaxation, and one of the key processes that we use to do this is the Functional Relaxation System, which comprises the following elements: 1.
