![]() In a few moments with Charles he gave me a sense of ANYTHINGS POSSIBLE which I can tap into at will This has been a quantum change in personal happiness and my career Jillian Whitelam | Colour TherapyThe idea behind colour therapy is that the body is made up of a number of different energy wavelengths. And when your health or stress levels are not healthy, you might not be emitting the proper wavelengths for optimum health. In order to restore the balance, you need to make sure you are getting those wavelengths back in sync. To do this, it has been shown that each color in the rainbow emits a particular wavelength. Under this theory then, you can simply add more of the 'right' wavelengths to your environment in order to restore your body. Some wavelengths are longer than others, while some are shorter than others. Any imbalance and you can have troubles with your body's energy. By projecting the proper colors of light onto your body, you should be able to create a more relaxed state of mind. This can be done through a number of different ways: pictures, clothing, and lights. By placing as many of the 'right' colors in your environment, you will be able to create a better health state for your body. There are many colour therapy practitioners that can help you choose the right colors for your specific needs. For example, if you want more energy in your life, you might require brighter colors, while a calmer energy might be better with blues and pale colors. This will all depend on our current state of mind as well as your goals. If you want to put this practice into your life right now, you can always try redecorating your work space and your office to see if it makes a difference. Many people have found that pastel colors can often be soothing, while energetic colors like red and yellow can actually heighten a feeling of stress.
